Delivery
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Signed forä and should be received within 1-2 working days. However we cannot be held liable for postal delays once items have been dispatched.
All Non-UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail's Airsure and should be received within 5-10 woring days. However we cannot be held liable for postal delays once items have been dispatched.
You will receive an automated shipping notification when your items have been sent which will state your tracking number.

Shipping cost, which includes posting and packaging, is calculated based on the favour type, weight and quantity.
Once you have requested your order, we will send you an invoice via PayPal with the cost of the items and the postage & packaging costs. If you would like to know before hand what the estimated cost would be we would be happy to calculate it for you.
Depending on the products and the quantity ordered, the processing an assembling timeframe may vary from a few days to 1 week. We can give you the estimated time it would take if you are interested before ordering.
Because the favours are based hugely on your input and guidance please allow for the time you will need if you wish changes.
