Terms and Conditions

1.       We cannot accept responsibility for colour variations which may occur occasionally. Although every effort has been made to reproduce colors accurately, owing to the limitations of digital imagery some colours shown may not be exact representations of actual colours used.

2.       Do to all our items being personalised, we can only accept returned items and issue refunds arising from our error.  Should this be the case we can either correct the error made and send the correct item to you at no extra charge or you can request a refund which will be made in full.  The incorrect item must be sent back and received by us before the new item is sent or refund is made.  Goods must be returned to us in suitable packaging. All goods will be the responsibility of the client until they reach us.  We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods. Therefore we suggest returning goods using Special or Recorded Delivery.  Unfortunately if the error was evident within the proof that you approved we cannot accept liability for this and no refund or exchange can be made.   A new order must be placed and paid in full.

3.       All ordered items remain the property of A Magical Day until full payment has been received and cleared. We cannot be held responsible/liable for orders being delayed or lost in the post. To minimize the risk of this happening we ship items via 1st Class Recorded Delivery ONLY, and provide you with the reference number when we have shipped the items.  

4.       We will try to accommodate all orders whenever possible and will promise to work within the guidelines and timescales. However, from time to time there could be unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from keeping our promise. If such a situation arises any customers affected will be contacted immediately.

5.       Unfortunatly we cannot accept responsibility for goods which are returned to the Post Office which result in delay of delivery.

6.       Cancellations are not accepted once payment has been received.

7.       We reserve the right to update details or prices on our website at any time.  

8.       Depending on your favor selection and quantity please allow 1-2 weeks from order to delivery.   We will advise you when you have placed your order on the estimated amount of time your favors will take.
