What is your privacy policy?
We do NOT sell or share names, addresses, numbers, or any other information to any other parties. We completely understand your personal information is private and you can trust us to keep it that way.
What if I have a product that would be a great fit for your site?
We are always interested in reviewing fun and unique products to offer our customers. If you have a product that you think may interest us, send us an email with the info.
What pictures or graphics can I use on my favours?
You can use any photo you have at home. Just email it to us and we will do our best to fit them. Please be aware that professional studio photographs will need written permission from the photographer to use their work on our favours. You can use any graphic except for trademark characters, such as Disney characters, Barbie, etc.
What event can I use the favours for?
We can personalise favours for any event; birthdays, graduation, weddings, birth announcements or any other memorable occasion.
Can I see what my favour will look like before you ship it?
Yes, all orders will have to be approved before final printing. We will email you a few samples for you to choose from, you can select different aspects of the samples to create your proof. If there are any changes you want made on them just let us know. We want you to be 100% happy with your order.
What Method's Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept Postal Orders, Bankers Drafts or Credit Cards Via Paypal. (You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay using paypal)
We accept Visa, MasterCard, switch, Maestro, Solo and AMEX through Paypal.co.uk. If paying by Card, For security reasons, you will be emailed a payment request via PayPal, which will give you a secure web page where you will enter your credit card information. You do not have to have a Paypal account setup to pay. If you are paying by postal order, all X'd postal orders will take approximately 5-7 working days to clear in our bank. Orders will not be processed until payment has cleared.
How do I get a quote?

What Is the Minimum Order Quantity?
We do not have a minimum order. As we can appreciate events are never the same size we cater to suit all events no matter how big or small.
What Is the Currency For All Prices On Your Site?
All prices are quoted in GBP. We are unable to give currency rate conversions on our prices.
Can I order via Telephone?
Unfortunately at the present time we do not accept orders via telephone. However we do our best to answer all emails within a 24-hour period.
Do You Accept Rush Orders?
We understand planning an event is stressful enough, getting your favours shouldn't be! If by chance, you forgot to place an order with adequate lead-time, we are happy to help. In most instances we are able to ship within 24-72 hours. This service will incur a small rush order fee. This fee depends on the favour type, quantity and hours required.
Please contact us before placing a rush order to make sure that we are able to accommodate your request. You can reach us at info@amagicalday.co.uk In most instances we can, but there is the odd occasion that may prevent us from being able to.

If you're finding it difficult to make up your mind and you're not sure which colour ribbon will look the best on your big day... there's no need to guess!
For just £2.00 you can select up to 4 different colour ribbon samples this includes shipping.
Each piece of double sided satin ribbon measures approx 3" in length for you to match with your colour theme.
Simply choose Ribbon Samples from the drop-down menu on the order form to get FREE shipping on this service! Or simply send us an email requesting Ribbon Samples and the colours you wish to have.

Will I Receive An Email Confirmation?
Yes, once your order is processed and has been shipped you will be sent an email to confirm this, which will also contain your tracking number.
When can I expect to receive my order?
This all depends on the favour you choose and the quantity you order. A more accurate time frame can be given once you have advised us of the items you wish to order.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We are pleased to announce w are now shipping internationally.
What is The Shipping Method Available & Costs?
To ensure you receive your items as fast and as securely as possible we ship all of our favours via Royal Mail ; UK orders will be shipped via 1st Class Recorded Delivery which should arrive within 1-2 working days and International orders will be shipped via Airsure which should arrive within 5-10 working days. Our shipping cost includes the cost of posting and packaging and is calculated when you place your order. An estimate cost for P&P can be given but is not confirmed until your order is finalised.
What is your policy on your Free Shipping Offer?
All orders over £50.00 will qualify for Free Airsure or 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
What is your return policy?
All favors are personalised with information supplied by you, therefore once a product has been proof-approved and/or printed we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us at info@amagicalday.co.uk Once the order has been processed, (i.e. printed & assembled) we do not allow cancellations to be made.
Can I Make Changes To My Order?
Yes you may make as many changes to your order as you wish before you approve your final proof. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
What is My Agreement with A Magical Day When Ordering?
By using our web site or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in our privacy policy. We may from time to time update this policy. We will post any changes to our policy on our security and privacy policy page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.
Do I have to use the pictures or designs you have on your website?
No, All pictures on the site are only samples. We make designs based on the information you provide us with, so your favours will be created by us and you will have full control of what they will look like.
