Placing Your Order

Orders can be placed via the online order form, by email, mail or www.ebay.co.uk Please be sure you provide us with all the necessary information for us to process your order.

When ordering, you will be asked to provide your personalisation details. i.e. date of event, names, colour, design, etc. we will send samples of your item(s) within 2 days of receipt of your personalisation details and payment.  

We do not accept orders via telephone. However we do our best to answer all emails within a 24-hour period.

Ordering Info.

We are now accepting orders Worldwide!! All payments must be made in GBP.

There are no minimum orders; orders for any quantity are accepted.  As we can appreciate events are never the same size we cater to suit all events no matter how big or small.

Samples will be sent via Adobe PDF format.   Should you not have this on your PC it can be downloaded for free just click on the Adobe link below.

Please advise if you are unable to install Adobe and we will do our best to accommodate you and send them in another format.

We have a rush order service should you require your order within a 24-72hour period.  There is an extra charge for this service.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail's 1^st Class Recorded Signed forä and should be received within 1-2 working days. However we cannot be held liable for postal delays once items have been dispatched.

All Non-UK orders will be shipped via Airsure and should be received within 5-10 working days.  However we cannot be held liable for postal delays once items have been dispatched.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped by contacting us at info@amagicalday.co.uk .  Once the order has been processed, (i.e. printed & assembled) we do not allow cancellations to be made.

You may make as many changes to your order as you wish before you approve your final proof.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Prices on our site do NOT include Posting and Packaging. Please email us for your shipping costs.

By using our web site or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in our privacy policy. We may from time to time update this policy. We will post any changes to our policy on our Disclaimer page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.

Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and cleared.
